Remote Control Shop is an online store operated by the French company PASSION-ELECTRO. On this page you will find the main information concerning the dispatch, delivery and return of your orders.
Dispatch of your order
We prepare your orders with care. Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are prepared and dispatched from France. Delivery time is additional to the preparation time and depends on the destination country and the delivery method selected.
The available delivery methods and their charges are displayed before final confirmation of your order.
Tracking your order
When the selected shipping method includes tracking, the information required to track your order is provided as soon as it becomes available.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are clearly displayed before your order is confirmed and paid for. They may vary depending on the destination, the selected delivery method and the contents of the order.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. An incomplete or incorrect address may result in a delay, the parcel being returned or the order being impossible to deliver.
Receiving your order
When you receive your order, we recommend checking its condition. If there is a delivery problem, a damaged product or a product different from the one ordered, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number so that we can review your request.
Returns and right of withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance sales to consumers, you generally have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions provided for by applicable regulations.
To facilitate the processing of your return, we recommend contacting our customer service team before sending the product back.
For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Returned products must be properly protected and accompanied by the information required to identify the relevant order.
Refunds
Where a refund is due following the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, it will be made in accordance with the time limits and procedures provided for by applicable regulations.
