These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the remote-control-shop.com website and through the Remote Control Shop online store, operated by PASSION-ELECTRO.

Remote Control Shop is an online store operated by PASSION-ELECTRO.
2. Products
PASSION-ELECTRO sells, in particular under the Remote Control Shop name, replacement remote controls intended for various types of electronic devices.

The trademarks, manufacturer names and model references mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners. They are used to identify the devices with which the replacement remote controls offered are intended to be compatible.
3. Prices

7. Right of withdrawal
Where the right of withdrawal applies, consumers have 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise this right without having to provide a reason for their decision.
The consumer must inform PASSION-ELECTRO of their decision to withdraw before the expiry of this period by means of an unambiguous statement or the withdrawal form where one is made available.
After notifying PASSION-ELECTRO of the decision to withdraw, the consumer must return the product within the period provided for by the applicable regulations.
The direct costs of returning goods when exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise provided by law.
The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
8. Refund in the event of withdrawal
Where a refund is due following the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, PASSION-ELECTRO will issue the refund in accordance with the time limits and procedures provided for by applicable regulations.
PASSION-ELECTRO may defer the refund in the cases and under the conditions permitted by applicable regulations, in particular until the goods have been recovered or until the consumer provides proof that they have been sent back where this possibility is provided for by law.
9. Defective or non-conforming product
If the product received is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the product ordered, the customer is invited to contact our customer service team and provide the order number so that the situation can be examined and an appropriate solution offered in accordance with applicable regulations.
10. Legal guarantees
Consumers benefit from the applicable legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee relating to hidden defects, under the conditions provided for by applicable legislation.
These legal guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee that may be offered by PASSION-ELECTRO.
